I just acquired the above integrated amp and was wondering if inputting your source to the "REC" jack offers any advantage over using one of the standard inputs, i.e. bypasses the tone controls, etc.. I tried it and it does work this way. BTW, I got this unit yesterday from its original owner for $60 off CL.
